Psalm 99 remembers how God has been with the leaders of Israel - well, at least Moses, Aaron and Samuel. Zion is a name for Jerusalem. Judah is a name for the lower kingdom.
It's a call to praise God because He reigns over all, He is great and awesome, He executes justice and righteousness and more.
Easter is a great day to worship and praise God because of His power shown in the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I pray you've had a blessed Easter and that you will live this week in the power of the Resurrection.
